Interview next monday VERY URGENT, Please reply..

My sister's B2 visa interview is on Nov 16th 2009. This is her second attempt. This time we made the mistake of going with a visa agent who did not fill out the forms correctly.

He made some mistakes

1.My full name as per my passport is not right. He has just put my first name and my husbands first & last name for the Q 25 " with whom will you be staying in USA, name and telephone no of the person"

2. Q 27 : Purpose of trip : He has answered VISIT SISTER

3. Q 28: Who will pay for your trip ? SELF AND SPONSOR ( but me and my husband is sponsoring her trip, I 134 is sent in name of my husband)

4, Q31: Have you ever been refused a U.S visa ? 28-Dec-2007
Its definitely NOT 28-Dec-2007! It was sometime in August 2008.

Now the system is not allowing me to make changes to the DS-156.

Are the mistakes so bad that I must cancel the appointment and get a new one ?

Appreciate a quick response as I do not have much time to decide

Since there are multiple mistakes it might be a good idea to reschedule the interview for a later date.
Also there is nothing complicated about having to filling up a few forms by yourself.
So do stop wasting time and money depending on agents.
