Urgent Help! No Birth Certificate..

Hello,
I never had my birth certificate. When I applied for my passport, I showed all school and college TC( transfer certificate) and mark-sheets to show my name, date of birth and age..
Now my husband (on H1 and am on H4) is sponsoring my parents. My parents have our marriage certificate. but in the required document it lists birth certificate (of the related person i.e. me)..is it OK show college TC and explain the condition to VO or what shall we do..pls help.. this is really urgent!!!!

This question gets asked over and over again. It seems no one wants to read the previous threads but just post their question, get answer and vanish. Come on, this is supposed to be a community participation forum and not one way help.
