Urgent help!! Lost B1 (Visit) visa in USA

Folks,

My parents were flying from India and has lost their passports, visas, I-94, Return Ticket etc after immigration at Newark airport while waiting for the connecting flight to Greensboro, North Carolina. Somehow one of my friend helped them to get their connecting flight after filing a Police Complaint.

Did anybody know How i can get passport, visa , I-94 documents for visitors? I have called Indian Embassy and they asked me to submit new passport application and informed that it will take 3 months to get the new passport.But i am not sure How can i get their visa stamping and I-94 ???

My parents are traveling abroad for the first time and they are so tensed because of this.... Also the problem is that they can't travel on flight since they don't have photo id's.

Please help me since it is very urgent......

How to obtain a lost B2 (Visitors Visa) from USA

Could anyone please tell me How to get a lost B2 (Visitors Visa) visa while candidates are in USA, after getting the passport? Also How long it will take to get the same?

This is for my parents who has lost their cabin baggage after doing their immigration at Newark International Airport and waiting for the connecting flight to here (North Carolina).

I have a police case # / report with me.
