Twice Visa Rejection Please Help!!!

My moms visa got rejected twice. The problem is they want some property /land papers we have both house and land but it's not on my mom's name as we had a joined family. My dad passed away 12 years ago. Getting property work on my mom's namewill be forever process I think.

Is there any other way she can come here? She submitted all paper work of financial proof ,bank balance etc. But they r not convinved. So 2nd time also they rejected the visa.

Any Help will be greatly appreciated.

In that case, best way would be to get the property transferred in her name.
