Parents visiting USA for 2nd time

My parents were issued 10 year multiple entry visitor visa in March 2006. They visited us for 3 months from April to June 2006. I am inviting them to visit us in April 2010 for 3-4 months. Do I need to write any letter to US consulate. What are the other requirements that I need to fulfill.

Just send them an invite letter or email mentioning you will take care of their expenses and buy insurance.

That is it. Nothing else needed as they already have a multiple entry visa.
