Hi,
I am planning to get my parents to the U.S. for the summer. Both of them qualify for the drop box in Mumbai. Now my husband's H1-B visa is expiring in July 2004 and so is my H4. His H1-B is sent for extension thru the premium processing and he has got his EAC no. still awaiting the actual extension paper. Well, my H4 will be processed in the normal quota and will take almost 2-3 months. My question is can I send only my husband's extension and a letter from his company stating that my H4 is in process. How does it work??? Or can I still get my parents based on our current visas expiring in July 2004. Pls reply asap. Your help is highly appreciated.
