dear sir !

i am sorry for my last post..

..my daughter( citizen) likes to petition me to be a green-card holder this month.and i'm worried coz my 1-94 ( B-2 ) will expire on dec.09,2009...which is too soon...my question is..is it OK if i just stay here and wait?? am i not overstaying?
one thing more, i'm planning to go home March 2010..does this whole thing create complication in the future?

You CANNOT leave the country once your petition is mailed to USCIS for Adjustment of Status. If you send in the petition before your current status expires, then you can apply for Advance Parole at the same time and receive it in about 2-3 months. You can then travel with Advance Parole while I-485 is pending.

one more thing....at the back of my 1-94, it has a mark..LIMITED, NO EOS/COS/AOS.. what does it mean?
