Hi Immihelp,
1.My parents are applying thro dropbox. if this fails and they are called for personal interview without any explanation do we need to put "yes" to question 31. ds 156 :have u ever been refused a us visa?
2. Do we need to pay the entire fees again? that is both application fees and visa issuance fee when they attend interview. thank you for the reply

2. Application fee again. Issuance fee would be returned to you when your drop box application is rejected. You can use same demand drafts.
