Visiting Mexico - in US on Visit Visia

We are planning to take our in-laws for a visit to Mexico . They are here in US on visit visa from India .

Are they allowed to go come back into US ?

They can come back, if they have multiple entry visitor visa and visa stamp in passport does not expire. (NOT I-94 date, but visa stamp itself in the passport.)
