Hi,
My mother applied today for her B2 visa from US consulate in Dubai and she was rejected on the grounds of Sec214(G).She applied from Dubai as my parents are settled their for past 5 years and my dad is currently in an employment.
They are residents of India and they have a property in mumbai and bank accounts (both my mother and father).
Now we are planning to apply B2 visa from mumbai consulate for both of them. Pls advise me if there will be any hindrances as they are reapplying from a new consulate.
