DOB on H1B Approval, SPonsoring for Visitor Visa

Hi,

My H1B approval letter has a mistake in my date of birth. My mom has an interview on May 24th at mumbai. She has my original Birth certificate.

Will the mistake in my H1B Approval letter, create any probs ? if asked, can she say to the officer that it was a mistake while filing or by INS. Is any other supporting doc required ?

You can just write a letter indicating what exactly happened. And if asked, your mother can show that letter.
