Visitor other than parents or in-laws

My parents cannot come to USA because of old age. My mother-in-law came once but see will not be able to come again.Is it possible for my mother-in-law's sister to come ? She satisfies all the requirements for a visitor visa namely she has a government job , strong family tie , property in her name. These are well documented and can be shown when needed. However I am aprehensive because I reraly see anyone other than parents or in-laws. Please suggest what will be the best way to represent this. Will it be the same as normal invitation to my parents ?. What else I need to do.

You can sponsor her, but is little more harder for anyone other than immediate relative.
