Different Name on Passport than Visa

Dear Sir/madam,

My daughter got 10 year visa in the year 2008 and is valid up to 2018. In Dec 2008 she got married and her sir name is changed while first name is remaining the same and her old passport is expired.

Now she has got new passport issued from same place i.e. Thane -Maharashtra with her new name.

Can she travel to USA while carrying along the old passport?

Yes, just make sure that she carries her marriage certificate as well that shows the proof of name change.
