Mom's name Spelled wrong in PP

Hi all,

I am applying visa for my wife's parents. In my wife's passport her mom's name is spelled in 1 way. In my mother in law's passport again it is spelled in another, let us say 2nd way. In my Father in law's passport under the spouse name it is again spelled in a different No 3 way.

I am going to send both my MIL and FIL for the interview. Will there be a big problem in getting the tourist visa for them?

It would be best that if the name is the same everywhere.

However, if that is not the case, she should apply as per her name in her own passport. Additionally, she should get one notarized affidavit prepared staing that name 1 = name 2 = name 3 and all three names belong to the same person.
