Chances of Getting a Visitors Visa

Hi,

I came to US just 2 months back on H1. I want to sponser my mom's Visitors Visa. I dont have pay stubs due as I got my SSN recently.If I get a letter from my company with the details of my salary will it be ok?

What are my mom's chances of getting visa in this scenario?

Any help/suggestions/ experiences are welcome.

Well, chances really depend upon your case.

In general, you should be able to financially support the people whom you are sponsoring. As long as you can show that, that should be fine.
