Legal SurName Change required ?

I have checked latest 20 pages but my case is bit different from those i found. If i oversee please provide reference...Please advise.

I would like to bring my parents to usa on visitor visa immediately.

So i need to apply Tatkal Passport for parents but before this need clarification.

extra "h" in fathers surname in all his supporting documents such as voters card, PAN, driving license which required to apply for passport.

Shall i apply Legal SurName Change for my father and then apply for tatkal passport (OR) its ok with extra "h" in my fathers passport and will not crate any issue in US embassy and port of entry.

Please advise.

If there is an extra "h" in all of his documents consistently, it would be best if he were to assume from now onwards that that is his actual name, it would be best.

If his name is different in different documents, it would be best to get the incorrect documents fixed to make the name consistent.

you are correct but need one more clarification.

Then If i go ahead and apply PP for my father with extra "h" in surname as it is in his supporting docs, will it be a problem when he goes for stamping at US embassy or port of entry because my PP do not contain extra "h" in my PP last page in fathers name field.

Good day, I am a Filipino who have US multiple visit visa and I am a visiting US again this December. I would like to inquire also if I can also apply a visit visa for Canada while there in the US? Have you heard any information about such case?
