Sponsoring parents of wife on H4

I want to sponsor my parents this year. I am on H4 visa and as known do not work. I wanted to know if the letter to the consulate ,letter of invitation and I-134 should be from me or my husband.

working person (in ur case your husband, hope he is H1)

Yes he is on H1....so my husband sends all the papers work like he is sponsoring my parents including the personal invitation ? does my name have to mentioned in any of the paperwork?

Your husband should send all the paperwork. Invitation letter can a joint letter from both for you. Also provide your marriage certificate to prove the relationship of your husband to your parents.
