Respected Sir/Mam,
I have a question regarding tourist visa for my younger sister.
She is 23 years old and work for Infosys as software professional.
My parents already have 10 year multiple visa.
Due to some constraints , I am not able to visit India in near future.( I am in Us since 4 years and working since 2.5 years)
I have a son who is 16 months old and my parents and sister didn't see him till now.
Now, Can I apply for tourist visa for my sister so that my parents and sister can vist me and my son for a month and go back to India.
I am worried since she is young and It professional and she needs to go alone for stamping since my parents already have it.
If it gets rejected, will it affect het H1 in future if her company applies or H4 if she needs dependant visa in future.
It woukd be really very very helpful if you can answer this question for me.
