Sponsoring parents

I am on H1 B visa and I work for an IT company. I would like to sponsor my parents and sister for a visit to the US. I dont have a joint account with my husband and so I have not maintained a good balance to sponsor 3 of them. My husband has maintained a good bank balance and we have 2 separate accounts. What is the best option for me to sponsor my parents and sister?

1. Can my husband sponsor my parents and sister?

2. or can I transfer some money from my husbands account to my account to show atleast 10k bank balance (as my sis is working in india and is only partially dependent)?

Please let me know what is the best thing to do as they want to visit me in March 2010?
