Kindly advice me how I should go able reapply for visitors visa for my 2 sons.
I had applied for visa for all three of us in Feb 2003. On the first visitors I was issued a visa for 6 mths without much question and both my son were on issued a visa(no stamp put on the passport too) and was informed that I can reapply for them. I was again called second time after 15 days when the immigration officer asked me a lot of question as asked me to produce my husband income tax returns which I was not caring at that time. She did not see all my paper which had proofs about the investments in my sons names and gave them a reject on the grounds that they do not have enough social security in India and stamp the passport. When asked how I will travel without my kids she replied " Do you want to cancel your visa too?"
I wish to reapply for visa for both of them ? Kindly advise me how to go about to ensure that they do not get a reject this time.
