Drop Box Question

My mom visited me in New Jersey and stayed for 6 months. At that time she was given a 6 months visa only. I am inviting her again this year. Can she use drop box? Somebody suggested that Thomas Cook is taking care of sending the passport and documents to chennai. Is that safe to do?

If your mother's visa did not expire more than 1 years back, she can use drop box.
