Brother in law getting married in US

My in laws were here last year and left for India in Jan 2004. Now my bro in law is planning to get married in July in US. His beau is also in US and on H1.

Now my Q is

Is sons marriage a good enough reason for US consulate to grant visa? And what are the documents to be shown as proof of an impending marriage. ?

You can show marriage invitation card, receipt of booking of marriage hall etc.

Still, tourism is the best reason.
