Hi,
An employer is willing to sponsor me for green card, i am on B2 right now and it expires in May 2010.
Please tell me if its possible and what do i need to do.
I have met a lawyer and he is telling we need to extend the stay, apply for labour certification and then H1b. is it that tough?
