regarding visitor visa

hello please can any one help me out

I am currently a green card holder and my mother has a valid visitor visa for 10 years. My father passed away and my mother is now fully dependent on me. I would like her to stay with me forever. Is there any way I can do that. She can visit me on visitor visa but is there any way or any immigration process taht once she is here i can file so she does not have to go back to india.

No, there are no shortcuts to the immigration process. There is a very long line of people who have been waiting to immigrate and the US immigration process is a long process that takes several years (up to 10 years) to complete.

If being with her is the priority then it would be quicker for you to give up your green card and go back to India.
