I-134 Q9 help

Hello,

I need help for Q9 of I-134.

I am sponcering my in laws visa/trip. Six months before I had sponcered for my mother. At that time she was never asked to submit the I-134 nor she was asked abt it. But I remember on DS 156 I mentioned my name as person sponcering the trip.

So now for Q9 on my in laws I-134 , do I mention my mother name .. and what date shd i give , as the form was never submitted.
