My parents are going to a visitors visa interview. they both are government employees. they have got NOC at the time of taking passport which is in 2006.
Will that hold valid until now? or are they supposed to take a new one for the visa interview? they were told by authorities that NOC will not be issued again and the old one will hold good.
Also, is leave sanction letter mandatory? They haven't taken one since the exact dates would depend on the outcome of visa stamping. they have taken an approval from reporting managers though stating that they can avail a 6 month leave. Would that suffice?
