Query about visiting second time on B2

Hello All,
I have a 10 year multiple entry B1 VISA(got it because of company visit) and my wife has a 10 year multiple entry B2 VISA. I had to travel(Business purpose) to US in April 2009 and so my wife also traveled with me. We stayed there for 3 weeks and came back.
Now my wife plans to visit her Sister(on L2 VISA) and Brother-in-Law(on L1) for a casual trip. Since she already has a B2, we don't need to go through VISA stuff again. But my question is that, that, what documents she needs to carry with her to show at Port of Entry in US.
My understanding is as follows:
1) Return Ticket
2) Insurance documents which covers her medical stuff
3) Invitation letter issued by her Sis. (What should be the content of Letter)
4) Financial Docs( is it needed? ) Credit card(is it needed?) (she doesn't have a international Credit Card as of now)

What other docs are needed?
