I came here june 08 last year with a I-94 visitor visa.got married in september 08.then i flu back out the US and came back in november 08 with a new I-94.my I-94 is expired since february 09 and my passports are expireing in march 2010.
how can i get new passports without a green card?
how can i get a driver license without any visa?
my husband made a appointment at the imigration office so we can talk to them about turning in my paperwork for the green card but im scared to go there with no visa.im scared they send me right back home.is this possible?
we didnt turn any paperwork in yet bec we not have all that money for it.i heared we could get it for free but do this affect the aprove of my green card bec my husband has to sponsor me?!maybe they think if he cant pay the green card he cant sponsor any immigrant is this right?
