Hi Friends,

I am applying visitor visa for my sister . She has got rejected visa twice for her student visa for MS in USA before

*Have you been refused a visa twice within the last 12 months?*

Should this answer be YES or NO ...........Confusion is .Is this question related to tourist visa or any other visa applied for last 12 months?
