visitor visa issue

I am raising this behalf of my friend.

My friend sister got married and seperated now. She dont have kid. Parents are in India.
She dont have marriage certificate

Can she come over to USA. Will she any problem during visa interview..

It might very difficult for her to get the visitors visa.
