Hi my mother(61 age) and brother( 41 age) are going to apply for a visa soon. However, I was told they may get rejected because my brother is totally dependent on my mother. He has depression and has never worked. My mother is a widow and only gets 1000 in pension in month. I do have a sister who lives in Delhi with her husband and two kids. My mother does have property- a house in Mumbai. My question is will they get rejected because of my brother?
