I am 21 years and I intend to visit my uncle and aunt in US who have been there from past 35 years. I want to visit them along with my mom who is 57 years and dad who is 58 years i.e. full family. My dad is a Chartered Accountant and is self employed. I am also doing CA and yet to appear for the final exam.
My dad or I don’t have any brother or sister though my mom has 2 brothers and 5 sisters.
1) Can my mom's relatives be used to show family ties?
2) Will it be difficult for the full family to get a visa considering that my dad doesn’t have any brothers or sisters? If so, what can be done to convince the officer of strong ties?
3) Is it advisable for the full family to apply for visa together or separately? In case separately applied, should we disclose that other family members are also traveling to US?
4) We have a home and an office in India but both are on pagdi system (i.e. they are not on ownership basis). So there are no ownership documents in that case of any immovable property in India. What can be the approach in that case?
