Visitor visa for my mother in law

Hi,



I would like to sponsor my MIL Visa and planning to schedule an appointment in January or February2010 . My question is, do you think it would be an issue or a risk of applying for my MIL visa considering my own H1-B visa is expiring in June 2010. IN other words is it recommended to wait for my visa to be renewed first before I apply for my MIL ones? Please advise

Visitor visa for my mother in law

I have the same issue. My H1 is gone expire on May 01. I already applied for extension. If I apply for visa for MIL do they give visa only upto May 01?
Even they give the visa for 10 years Is there a chance that at the time of immigration they give I-94 up to May 01?
