Visitor Visa for brother

hi all,

my sister is a citizen and I am here in US from last 2 and half years on H1.

we would like to invite my young brother for a 4-6 week for vaccation.

which option would be better applying for visitor visa for my brother.

a) Citizen sponsroing visitor visa for my brother.
b) Me on H1 visa sponsoring visitor visa for my brother. (Note that I havent applied for GC)

He works in IT and earning around 12000 Rs per month and he can get leave certificate from his employer for 4 weeks?

Please note that the whole purpose of visit is tourism and nothing else.

what documentation we need to know for applying to B2 visa and how much bank balance he needs to show if he wants to apply for B2 Visa on his own?
does he need to have property docs and Fixed deposits on his name.

a. Non immigrant
b. US Citizen
c. Self sponsorship of the applicant .
