B2 for parents - help needed

Hello,
I am currently working in USA. My VISA status is F1 and I am in OPT extension till Nov 2010. However my F1 visa will expire on May 2010. I plan to apply for H1B on april 2010.

I want to bring my parents in USA (they are in India) for 3-4 months visit in March 2010. I will sponsor them. Considering my visa status, will getting a tourist visa for my parents be difficult/unlikely?

Is it a special circumstance that I am in?
I will appreciate any help and suggestions.

As long as you are in legal status, there is no problem.

If you are sponsoring them, you should have enough money to take care of them, no matter what legal status you are on.

My only concern was the fact that my F1 visa will expire in May 2010.
