Applying visitor's visa for my brother's family

I am on H1B. My brother is in India and has recently started his own business. I am planning to call his whole family (brother, his wife and 2 kids). My mom already has visitor visa. What documents does he have to gather? What are the probability of getting Visitor visa. Me and my brother are the only son's of my parents.
