Good day to everyone! If someone can help me with my question because I dont know what action will i make about it. My wife has a Us tourist visa already (10yrs) and I'm a greencard holder (immigrant) but then my wife gave birth in the philippines. How do we get a tourist visa for my baby to visit me here in the us? I haven't filed any petition yet for them because Im just waiting for my citizenship. Is it possible that my baby will be able to get a tourist visa... Thank you!

It would be very difficult for her to get tourist visa.
Anyway, you can try. The details are in our visitors visa section.Immihelp Support

It is simple... your wife and son are prospective immigrants and have immigrant intent (in the long-term) because it is understood that as soon as you acquire citizenship you will file a petition for them.
The tourist visa requires you to clearly prove long-term non-immigrant intent. You are in no position to provide evidence for that when your son applies for a B2 visa.
You can try telling the visa officer that you don't plan to have your son overstay on the B2 visa but that does not in any way prove non-immigrant intent.
So the chances of your child getting the visa are very slim.

Hi
I think because your wife has a valid tourist visa and the baby is also hers, visitor visa can be applied on behalf of the minor baby. Your wife's visa details would also have to be provided as well as your invitation letter stating that you will be supporting the stay and the trip. And that you will make sure that they will leave the country before the date on the I-94.
Of course, eventually maybe your wife and baby plan to immigrate to US - but it does not automatically mean that they plan to stay here illegally right ?
So i do think you do have a fair chance at this.
