Visitor VISA sponsor docs validity***??

Hi,

I am getting my parents on tourist VISA. I had already send the Bank verification letter & employment verification letter with other docs in Oct end 09 (Dates on docs being Oct 09).

Due to some reasons we got late, and they will be applying for the VISA appointment now in Jan/Feb 2010.

My question is : Do the document sent in oct 09, still hold valid in Jan/Feb ??

OR I need to send across fresh docs ???

Please advise.
