Visiting from Mexico

Hi, I've been browsing through the posts but don't seem to find an answer that suits me.

I am planning on visiting my best friend who lives in the USA, I am from Mexico. I want to stay as long as possible (6 months from what I've read) My question is....

1.-If I visit Canada after the 6 month period has passed and re enter the USA, will a new I-94 will be issued?

2.- Will I be issued a new I-94 if I travel back to my country (Mexico) and re-enter the USA? Will I be able to return and stay for another 6 months?

Can I do this every 6 months?

You will be given new I-94.

Duration of stay will be determined by officer at port of entry. You can not continue to do that many times and simply stay in US. If you try, you will be denied entry itself.
