Visitors Visa for my parents

Hi,

I want to apply for visitor visa for my parents.
I have a L1 visa stamped. I was in USA in 2008-2009 for 1 year.
Currently since June 2009 I am in India.
My father income is not good. He owns a small business.

How should I apply for their visa?
They may not be able to show strong financial background.
Also, if they say their son (I) will sponser them, it might not work, as currently I am in India.
I am trying to apply now, so that all the documents could be processed before I go from here.
Please suggest.

If you can show that you are able to take care of their expenses while they are visiting USA, that will work.

Is there any specific document for this case?
What kind of affidevit will be enough to show that I am willing to support them.
I think I could not fill I134.
