visitor visa for Uncle and two wives (aunts)

Hi,

My uncle has two wifes and I am planning to invite my uncle and both my aunts to USA. Any body, can you please tell me how good is it to send all three of them at a time to the visa interview for a visitor's visa. Do you think it is good to send two of them at a time. My uncle has a small scale industry and an educational academy and he has strong ties with home country. I appreciate your help.

Hi,

He was legally (Hindu tradition) married to first wife and as she had a major surgery that resulted in no children, a second marriage took place (in Hindu tradition) (its nearly 40 years back) and second wife had children. My wife is the daughter of my uncle's second wife. As for as relation, we consider both of them equally in mother role. They all live in the same house with passports having same address. Uncle has a small scale industry and an educational academy and three married children (in India) apart from my wife (in USA). Apart from this he is a A class civil contractor in Andhra Pradesh. Thus, he has very strong links with India.

Please suggest me if I have to send any specific documents from here. Should I send only two of them and then wait or is it OK to send all of them at once for the interview.

Hindu person in India is NOT allowed to have two wives.

If they try to apply for visitors visa (all 3), this could lead to a big trouble for all of them.

Muslims in India are allowed to have four wives. Even for those people, for any US visa/immigration purpose, only the first wife is considered valid and not any subsequent ones.
