Parents applying for visitor visa - Help needed

I am applying visiting visa for my parents.
Problem is my dad is a retired private employee and don't receive any pension and mom a house wife. And there is no other documents like agriculture land, property etc to show other than money in the bank account.
They live in house I constructed for them, the property is in my name though.
They are financially dependent on us.
Will this lead to rejection in visa? Is there anything else that can be done to overcome this hurdle? Pls advice.

I believe they can show that they have other sons/ daughters (especially good if they are unmarried) living in India or grandchildren and/or other extended family in India.

If they can show sufficient balance in their bank account, they could self-sponsor as that would be the best option.

Actually I have a sibling who is married and resides outside India. Grandparents are no more too.
So in short it looks as though there is very little chance of getting a visa although I am financially stable to sponsor them ..quite disappointing !!!
