I would like to call my parents in Feb 2010 to USAon visitor visa. I am currently on valid OPT status which would expire in June 2010 and I would be going to extend it under STEM extension. Now my question is:
Since my current OPT would expire in June 2010 and I would not get the new EAD before Feb 2010 in any case so, does this affect VISA chances for my parents which I am going to schedule sometimes in 1st week of feb?
