Hi,
Folowing is my case and would like some comments on the same...
I am working as a Project Leader for a software company.
I had applied for a Business visa this Sep. The visa was not granted as the purpose of the trip was mentioned as installation and training of software.The consulate asked me to go for a H1B and gave a pending status on my passport. The company had someone else do the job as my visa was not granted.
Now, i have applied for a Business visa again. This time i would be going for attending some technical seminars on driver development and would be staying there for about 4 weeks.
I am worried whether the pending status on my passport might create any problems. The purpose of thuis trip has nothing to do with the earlier one.
Can someone guide me on what all things do i need to take care of during my interview which is scheduled for after 2 weeks.
