Visitor Visa Appointment

Hi,

I am trying to get the appointments scheduled for my parents.
I prepared the docs and got stumbled at the time of appointment.

In ttsvisas.com website, at any time, only one passport (one person) can take appointment. How do we do for both my mother and father? Separate ones?
I heard that couples are going together inside for the interviews of Visitor Visas. How is this possible if only one passport number is allowed for appointment?

If separate appointments needed, can we make sure both appointments fall on the same day?

Is one passport number sufficient (House Head - Husband) for both?

Any clarifications are appreciated.

It is certainly possible for both parents to go together.

Second passport is asked at the later stage(in application itself) while taking application online.
