  • Affidavit of Support-Question 9 (I-134)

I am US citizen; I have given my in-laws affidavit of support last year. They were granted 10 year visas. Mother in-law came and left within the allowed timeframe. Father in-law is not be coming for until some time later. Now, I would like to bring my parents for a visit. My parents were immigrants at one time, held a greencards for a while, and had to give it up because my father wanted to remain in India.

This is the question; on the recent Affidavit of Support I provided to my parents, for the question, “that I have previously submitted affidavits (s) of support for the following person(s)…” Since I no longer support my mother-in-law I answered NONE. Is this correct? Should I have listed all the people I have provided affidavits of support in the past? Any suggestion would be helpful.
