Revisiting US within 6 months of return

My parents are currently in the US and I want them to come back to US 4 months after they return to India. They have a 10 year multiple entry visa and this is their second visit in 2 years. I have heard that this will be a problem. Does anybody know for sure if it will be a problem or has anyone done such a thing without any issues?
