Visitor Visa for <24years unmarried

Does anyone have experience of getting visa for younger brother/sister. I am on H1B visa and graduating this Dec04, i am sponsoring Visitor for sister who is 20 years old and unmarried.....
So any speicific experience or doc needed ??

It is extremely difficult for her to get visa.
