    Visitor Visa: Tax Documents for 2010

    Hi,

    I want to take a Visitor Visa Appt for my parents. However, since now it is early Jan, we haven't filed our taxes yet for 2009. Is it OK, if they have the tax documents for 2008 and before ? Or are the latest tax documents recommended ?

    If you have not filed 2009 taxes yet, you don't have to send them. Send 2008 and earlier. No problem.

      Need not have the 2009 W2

      If you dont have your W2 for 2009, you should just send 2008's tax documents.
