Hi,
My mother-in-law got rejected twice.
First time my In-laws both of them went on Jun-09-2004. They were asked how many children do they have and where were they? My in-laws replied that they have 2 daughters, both married one in USA and one in India. Then the officer asked how long it has been that they have seen the daughter in USA? Then they replied that it has been around 1.5 years or so. Then the Officer said that the Vis is rejected without even looking at the papers. Also, no reason was given under any sections or anything.
Second time just my Mother-in-Law went for the Visa on Sep-21-2004. Father-In-law dropped in the last minute because of work. But the appointment is for both the people. There was not enough time to cancel the appointment. The Officer asked my Mother-In-law about the other applicant and she told that he has some busy work and dropped in the last minute. Then he asked my Mother-In-law about, to which company do I work in USA. She forgot the company name and told my Client's name instead of the company I work for. The Officer asked her how many times dows your son-in-law change companies? She said he changed only once in past 6 years. Then he said your information is not matching to what it is on the Papers he sent from India. So, I cannot issue you a Visa and again no paper was given under any sections or so.
I would really appreciate if somebody can analyze these situations and tell us what we are doing wrong and what we should do to get approved again. My Mother-In-Law is going aain in November. Also, can I contact My state senator and take their help. Appreciate your responses guys...
